New US Measurement Standard Now Available

Hi there,

Giraffe360 now supports the đŸ‡ș🇾 ANSI Z765-2021 standard for all US-based floor plans. This ensures more accurate area calculations using Gross Living Area (GLA) — including interior and exterior walls, ceiling heights, and stair areas.

đŸ› ïž Automatically applied to all projects for clients in the US processed from May 22, 2025

🔁 You can apply the US standard manually to projects captured from April 22 onward

Key points:

  • Applies to single-family homes
  • Exterior walls included for houses
  • Finished above-grade spaces included in GLA
  • US English is also enabled by default for all US clients
