StreetEasy Virtual Tour Integration: Add Giraffe360 Tours to Listings
Your listing is up on StreetEasy, and you want its Giraffe360 virtual tour on it too. StreetEasy keeps a listing's tours with its photos, in a 3D tours section on the Photos & Media tab, and the tour goes in there as one link from Giraffe360. Paste it in, and the tour sits with the rest of the listing's media.
Getting the Unbranded Link
The link to use is the tour's Listing site link, which leaves out Giraffe360 branding so it meets listing requirements. Find it in the Giraffe360 project under Tour links, from the three-dot menu on the virtual tour card, and copy it from the Listing site card ("For listing sites, no branding"). The card needs to say Published for the link to open; publishing it from the card's status menu takes edit access to the project.
In StreetEasy's Agent Tools
From there, StreetEasy takes four steps:
- Hover over Agent Tools and select My Listings.
- Select Edit on the listing you want the tour on.
- Open the Photos & Media tab.
- Scroll to the 3D tours section and paste the Listing site link.
Once the Link Is In
StreetEasy shows the tour through that link. Keep the Listing site link published in Giraffe360 while the listing is live; if it is unpublished, the link stops opening, and so does the tour on StreetEasy.
Frequently asked questions
The Listing site link is the one to use. The Regular link carries Giraffe360 branding and is made for your own website and social posts; the Listing site link is the same tour without branding, contact information or links.
