- Updated Virtual Tour Presets
💡 Now users can see visual previews of their Virtual tour presets before saving changes.
- Guided Viewing & Events Beta
💡 Guided Viewing + Events scheduling is only available as an add-on. Contact our Customer Success Team to request the new feature.
IMPROVEMENTS
- Added history confirmation modal to Floor Plan editor. When opening editor with active state, confirmation message should appear - discard changes on continue edit.
- New tooltips for merge disabled projects.
💡 To improve user experience, we have added explainer tooltips for 3 cases when projects can not be merged:
- Same project merging is not possible
- Projects in “Reprocessing” state can’t be merged
- Projects created with different Giraffe360 cameras can’t be merged (Go Cam projects can't be merged with previous generation cameras projects)

IMPROVEMENTS
- Hide panoramas support action is removed from Modify the project menu (Merge, Split and Delete project support actions remain).
💡 Now hide panoramas feature is easier to find under Virtual tour card —> menu button —> hide panoramas
- Added Romanian language to Floor plan presets

- Fixed user role permissions for Manager’s ability to manage other Basic users
- Removed the option for Virtual tour start panorama setting to be blank or empty

IMPROVEMENTS
- Starting from November 14 all new virtual tours will be using the new virtual tour player
💡 Better performance, smoother transitions, fixed iframe issues and issues with some browser and device types.
BUG FIXES
- Fixed Guided Viewing issue when guest could not hear the host upon joining with disabled mic.
- Virtual Tour - fixed the white screen appearing on some MacOS devices
- Virtual Tour - fixed flickering before the transition
- Virtual Tour - fixed depth maps appearing before and during the transition
