Apex27 Integration: Giraffe360 Photos, Floor Plans and Tour Links for Your Listings

Your listing is in Apex27 with its address and property details, and the shoot is done. What the listing is still waiting for is the media. The Apex27 integration brings it across from Giraffe360. You pick the listing for the project, choose what it needs, and the photos, the floor plans and the links to the virtual tour, the 3D floor plan, the property website and any of the property's videos on YouTube arrive in Apex27.

Before Your First Listing Goes Across

Giraffe360 needs a key from Apex27 first. It is one you create for Giraffe360 in Apex27's Admin panel, and an Organisation Admin or Manager adds it once for the whole workspace:

1. In Giraffe360, open Manage workspace and the Integrations tab, then select Connect beside Apex27.
2. Sign in to Apex27 and open Admin panel, then API Keys.
3. Select Add API Key, fill in the application details Apex27 asks for, and save. Apex27 generates the key.
4. Copy the key, paste it into the API key field in Giraffe360, and select Ok, then Got it.

Apex27 now shows as Connected on the Integrations tab. If Giraffe360 won't accept the key, check that it comes from your agency's Apex27 account and is still active, then paste it again. Demo accounts can't connect Apex27.

After Each Shoot, Pick the Listing

From then on, every project starts by finding its listing. One project goes with one listing, and anyone who can edit the project can pick it:

1. Select Add integration below the project title, then Choose beside Apex27.
2. Search by the address or the Apex27 listing ID, and check the address and property details of the result.
3. Select Connect.
4. Pick Choose now to go straight on to sending, or Later to come back to it.

An Apex27 menu then appears below the project title. If the listing doesn't come up, clear the search and try a shorter address or the exact listing ID.

Sending What the Listing Needs

Send assets, in that menu, walks through the project page by page, and you take only what this listing needs:

• Still photos, original or AI-enhanced.
• Floor plans, original or AI-enhanced, with the top-down and isometric property maps when there are any.
• The virtual tour link, in its listing site friendly, gated, protected or regular version.
• The property website link and the 3D floor plan link.
• YouTube links, for videos that have been shared to YouTube.

Select Send, and you are back on the project while the Apex27 label shows the transfer: a yellow mark while Giraffe360 processes it, a red one if it fails. Select a red label to read the error, check the workspace connection, and send those items again.

When a Photo or the Tour Changes

Later, you retouch a photo or edit the tour. Apex27 keeps the earlier version until you send the new one, because the integration sends only when you do. A new send changes only what you select and leaves everything else in Apex27 as it is.

Unlinking a Listing, or Apex27 Altogether

If you linked the wrong listing, or no longer want to send to it, Disconnect in the project's Apex27 menu unlinks it at once. Photos and links already in Apex27 stay there, and the project keeps everything in Giraffe360. Link it again to pick a different listing.

To disconnect Apex27 for everyone, an Organisation Admin or Manager uses the disconnect control beside Apex27 on the Integrations tab and confirms with Disconnect. The key is removed from Giraffe360; projects and anything in Apex27 are untouched. Before switching the workspace to another agency's Apex27 account, unlink the projects one by one first, since their links can return when the workspace reconnects.
