Fotocasa Virtual Tour Integration: Giraffe360 Tours in Immofactory

The property is on Fotocasa, and you have its Giraffe360 virtual tour. In your Immofactory account on Fotocasa, the tour goes in alongside the listing's photos, as a 3D virtual tour, and all it needs from Giraffe360 is the tour's link. Publish the change, and the listing on Fotocasa updates to carry the tour.

Picking Up the Link in Giraffe360

Before opening Immofactory, get the tour's Listing site link, the version without Giraffe360 branding that portals take. It sits in the project's Tour links, behind the three-dot menu on the virtual tour card, on the card labelled "For listing sites, no branding". Copy it once the card says Published. An unpublished link won't open, and publishing it takes edit access to the project.

Among the Listing's Photos in Immofactory

Immofactory keeps the tour with the photos, so that is where to go:

1. Log in to your Immofactory account on Fotocasa.
2. Select the property you want to add the virtual tour to.
3. Open 'fotos'.
4. In the box "añadir 3D/visita virtual o videos", choose "3D Visita virtual" from the dropdown.
5. Paste the Listing site link.
6. Select Publish.

While Fotocasa Updates

After you publish, the listing on Fotocasa can take up to 15 minutes to update. From then on the tour plays from the link you pasted, so it stays on the listing while the Listing site link stays published in Giraffe360, and stops opening if that link is unpublished.
