Kyero Virtual Tour Integration: Giraffe360 Tours on the Video Tab

The property is in your Kyero Agent Dashboard, and its Giraffe360 virtual tour is ready. Kyero takes the tour as a link on the property's Video tab and should show you a preview of it before you save. So you see the tour working in Kyero before it goes on the listing.

In the Giraffe360 Project First

Start with the tour's Listing site link, the version for listing sites without Giraffe360 branding. Open Tour links from the three-dot menu on the project's virtual tour card and copy the link from the card marked "For listing sites, no branding". Make sure that card says Published, since an unpublished link won't play in Kyero's preview or anywhere else. Someone with edit access to the project can publish it from the card's status menu.

On the Property's Video Tab

Then over to Kyero's Agent Dashboard:

1. Log in to your Kyero Agent Dashboard.
2. Open the property the tour is for.
3. Go to the Video tab.
4. Paste the Listing site link into the Virtual Tour URL box.

Checking the Preview Before You Save

With the link in the box, Kyero should show a preview of the virtual tour. Look through it, and if it is the right tour for the property, select Save. After that the tour plays on Kyero from the link you pasted, for as long as the Listing site link stays published in Giraffe360.
