Reapit Integration: Giraffe360 Photos, Floor Plans and Tours in Your CRM

The Giraffe360 and Reapit logos

The shoot is done, the photos are edited and the floor plan is ready in Giraffe360. The property in Reapit doesn't have any of it yet. Without an integration, getting it there means downloading the files from the dashboard, uploading them again in Reapit, then pasting in the tour link and the description.

The Reapit integration skips that round trip. You link the Giraffe360 project to its property in Reapit and choose what to send: the photos, the floor plans, the virtual tour link, the property description and the property website link. Giraffe360 puts them on the property for you.

Switching the Integration On the First Time

Before your first listing goes across, someone on each side has to switch the integration on, because it is paid and it connects to your Reapit data. In Reapit, your administrator installs or enables the Giraffe360 app in Reapit AppMarket and grants the access it asks for. If you don't know who your administrator is, Reapit's customer success manager or help desk can tell you.

In Giraffe360, an Organisation Admin or Manager then connects the workspace:

  1. Open Manage workspace and go to the Integrations tab.
  2. Select Connect beside Reapit, review the monthly fee and terms, and select Enable.
  3. Select Sign in to Reapit and complete Reapit's sign-in and authorisation.
  4. Back in the dashboard, check that Reapit shows as Connected.

Billing starts when you select Enable, even if you haven't finished signing in, so have the Reapit login ready before you start. Demo accounts can't enable the integration. From here on, anyone with edit access to a project can use it.

Linking Each Listing to Its Reapit Property

Every listing after that starts the same way. Open the project for the property you shot and tell Giraffe360 which property in Reapit it belongs to:

  1. Select Add integration beneath the project title.
  2. Choose Reapit. Pick one of the suggested matches, or search by address, property ID or the property's Reapit URL.
  3. Select the property, check its address and reference, and select Connect.
  4. Select Choose now to pick what to send straight away, or Later to send another time.
  5. Check that the Reapit label appears under the project title.

If the dashboard says the Reapit property is already linked with another project, check that project before you change the link.

Choosing What Goes to Reapit

With the project linked, select the Reapit label beneath its title, then Send assets, and choose what this listing needs. Everything is optional:

  • Still photos, in their original or AI-enhanced versions.
  • Floor plans, including top-down and isometric property maps when the project has them.
  • A virtual tour link, in the version the listing needs: listing site friendly (without Giraffe360 branding), gated, protected or regular.
  • The property description.
  • The Property Website link or the 3D Floor Plan link. Reapit has one field for the two, so choosing one replaces the other.

The photos and floor plans come first; the tour, description and website links are under Other data. Review your choice and select Send. Back on the project page, a coloured mark beside the Reapit label shows how it is going: yellow while it processes, red if something went wrong (select it to read the error) and green once the assets have arrived. Then open the property in Reapit and check it.

When the Listing Changes

Listings change after they go live. If you retouch a photo or correct a floor plan, Reapit won't pick it up on its own, because the integration sends only when you select Send. Send the changed items again and they replace the earlier copies. If a replacement fails to upload, the old copy may already be gone, so read the error and send that item again. A second send touches only what you select, so if you sent 10 photos and later send 8 updated ones, Reapit gets the 8 new versions and keeps the other 2.

When You Stop Sending

To stop one project sending, select its Reapit label, then Disconnect, and confirm. Giraffe360 removes that project's link, and the workspace stays connected for every other listing.

To end the integration for the whole workspace, an Organisation Admin or Manager opens the Integrations tab in Manage workspace and selects Deactivate (the bin icon) beside Reapit. Reapit stays usable until the end date shown there, and the last monthly charge still applies. Selecting Renew before that date keeps the integration.

Either way, what you already sent stays in Reapit. Remove anything you no longer want there in Reapit itself.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Reapit is a paid integration, charged each month per company and billed with your Giraffe360 billing cycle. The Integrations tab in Manage workspace shows the fee for your account before you enable it.
