YouTube Integration: Publish Giraffe360 Property Videos to Your Channel

Giraffe360 makes the property's video, and your agency's channel is on YouTube. Without the integration, getting one to the other means downloading the file and uploading it again. With it, you connect your channel once and publish each video from Giraffe360, as a regular video or as a YouTube Short.

Connecting Your Channel

The YouTube connection sits with Instagram and Facebook on the Socials tab, and it belongs to the workspace you connect it in. Organisation Admins, Organisation Managers and Workspace Managers can add it:

1. Open the workspace menu, select Manage workspace, then the Socials tab.
2. Find YouTube and select Connect, or the + to add another account.
3. Complete YouTube's sign-in and choose the account, then return to the Dashboard.
4. Check that the channel appears under YouTube as Connected.

Demo accounts may be asked to upgrade before they can connect.

Two Places to Publish From

There are two places to share a finished property video from.

In the Dashboard, open the Video section, select the video and choose Share to YouTube or YouTube Shorts.

In a project's Listing Spotlight, find the video and choose the same Share to YouTube or YouTube Shorts.

After the Video Is on YouTube

Once a property video is on YouTube, its link can go to your CRM as well. If your agency's CRM is Apex27, Apimo, Asari or Propstack, the YouTube link is one of the items Giraffe360 can send to the property, alongside its photos and floor plans.

Disconnecting a Channel

On the Socials tab, the remove control beside a YouTube account disconnects it. That removes only the connection in Giraffe360: the YouTube account itself isn't deleted.
