Zoopla Virtual Tour Integration: Giraffe360 Tours on Your Zoopla Listings

Virtual tours & 3D
The Giraffe360 and Zoopla logos

You are putting a property on Zoopla, and its Giraffe360 virtual tour is ready. In ZooplaPro the tour is one field on the listing, filled with one link from Giraffe360, and it works the same for a sales listing as for a letting. Add it while you create the listing, and the tour goes up on Zoopla with the property from the start.

Before You Open ZooplaPro

Start in Giraffe360, where the tour's links are. Open Tour links from the virtual tour card's three-dot menu and copy the link on the Listing site card, the one "For listing sites, no branding". The card should say Published, since an unpublished link doesn't open. Anyone with edit access to the project can publish it from the card's status menu.

While You Create or Edit the Listing

With the link copied, the rest happens in ZooplaPro:

  1. Log in to ZooplaPro and open the Manage listings tab.
  2. Choose the sales or lettings listings department the property is in.
  3. Select Add listing for a new listing, or find the existing listing and open it to edit.
  4. Scroll down to the Video / Virtual tours section and paste the Listing site link into the Video/Virtual tour URLs field.
  5. Save the change, and the tour is added to the listing.

After the Listing Goes Live

From then on, Zoopla shows the tour through the link you pasted. Keep the Listing site link published in Giraffe360 for as long as the listing runs. If it is unpublished, the link no longer opens and the tour on Zoopla stops working.

Frequently asked questions

The Listing site link is the tour without Giraffe360 branding, contact information or links, so it meets listing site requirements. The Regular link carries Giraffe360 branding and is for your own website and social posts.
