Giraffe360 CEO Mikus Opelts shares the announcement of Giraffe360’s Official Photographer Network for US photographers.

I’m thrilled to announce that Giraffe360 is launching a partner program for photographers. We will be releasing a PRO camera in June with some groundbreaking features for real estate media creation.

It’s a big deal, as historically, Giraffe360 technology was designed for real estate agents. Today, we have more than 10’000 agents using our camera and software. Now, we are taking the next step by launching a partnership with photographers based on exclusivity by ZIP code (First, available only in the USA).

70% of Real estate photographers still only provide photography. 17% of listings have floor plans, while only 5% feature Virtual Tour presentations. In contrast, 67% of buyers report wanting to see floor plans on listings, and 58% express a desire to view virtual tours. Considering consumer demand and agent marketing requirements, there is a significant gap in the market that Giraffe360 aims to fill.

We promise to deliver state-of-the-art, robotic, and AI-driven media technology unified in a single, seamless workflow, unlocking the Real Estate media revolution. We push technological boundaries by continuously advancing from LIDAR lasers to sophisticated AI models, ensuring our partners stay ahead of the competition. Shipping upgrades every 30 days.

To strengthen the partnership, we want to build it on Exclusive Territory Rights. Each photographer partner can exclusively claim up to two ZIP codes per active camera, becoming the sole Official Giraffe360 Photographer in these territories. We are committed to helping our Official Photographers become the leading earners and undisputed market leaders in their ZIP codes.

ZIP codes play a key role as they serve as the basis for potential lead distribution. While any user can sign up for Giraffe360 technology through the website, service inquiries from real estate agents or enterprise clients will be routed to Official Photographers based on their assigned ZIP codes. A public directory of Official Photographers will be added to the web with the launch of the PRO Camera.
