View Refund Policy
This subscription is subject to the Terms of Service and terms prescribed in this Order Form. All capitalised terms in this Order Form shall bear the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.
Subscription Details
This subscription includes:
- Camera Subscription;
- Processing Subscription;
- Add-On Subscription;
- Onboarding;
- Delivery.
The Camera Subscription Fee, Processing Subscription Fee, Add-On Subscription Fee, Onboarding Fee, and Delivery Fee are included as a bundled fee, as outlined in the order summary above. This bundled fee constitutes the Prepayment Fee.
Initial Subscription Period: 12 months
Invoice Due Period: 10 days
Project Limit: 24 Projects per year
Additional Fees
The following Fees can be applied according to the Terms of Service:
Additional Services Fee: $0
Dashboard Access Fee: $49.99 per month
Dashboard Access Fee applies only if the Client requests ongoing access to the Dashboard following the termination or expiry of all Subscriptions.
Data Fee: $0
Security Deposit: $0
Onboarding Fee: $0
Delivery Fee: $0
Overage Fee: $70 per Project in excess of the Project Limit
Subscriptions Renewal
Each Subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period unless cancelled no later than 30 days prior to the expiry of the subscription period.
Card Autopay Authorisation
If at any time the Client chooses to make any payments to Giraffe360 with a debit or credit card, the Client authorises Giraffe360 to automatically charge the Client’s card for any recurring and nonrecurring payments from then on.
Other
All Subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the Terms of Service and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
If there are any deviations between this Order Form and the Terms of Service, the Order Form shall prevail.
The person approving the Order Form represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorised and has the legal capacity to execute and deliver this Agreement on behalf of the Client.
