Street.co.uk Integration: Giraffe360 Photos, Floor Plans and Tours in Street

The Giraffe360 and Street.co.uk logos

Street.co.uk is where your agency keeps the property. Giraffe360 is where its photos, floor plans and virtual tour come from. The Street.co.uk integration joins the two at the property. You link a Giraffe360 project to its property in Street once, then send it the photos, the floor plans, the tour link, the property description and the property website link when they are ready, and again whenever you change them.

Creating an Application in Street

Street lets Giraffe360 in through an application you create in your Street account, with an access token Street generates for it. An Organisation Admin or Manager does this once for the workspace:

  1. In Giraffe360, open Manage workspace, go to the Integrations tab, and select Connect beside Street.co.uk.
  2. Sign in to Street.co.uk, open Settings, then Applications, and fill in the application details.
  3. Under the API token scope, select Open API, then Create Application. Street generates the access token.
  4. Copy the token into the Access token field in Giraffe360, then select Ok and Got it.

Street.co.uk turns green and shows Connected. If the token is refused, check that it comes from your agency's Street account and is still active. Demo accounts can't connect.

Linking a Project to Its Street Property

With the workspace connected, each project gets its property. Anyone with edit access to the project can link it:

  1. Select Add integration below the project title, then Choose beside Street.co.uk.
  2. Pick from the suggested matches, search by address, or paste the property's URL from Street, and make sure it is the right property.
  3. Select Connect.
  4. Choose now carries on to sending; Later leaves the project linked and nothing sent.

A green Street.co.uk label appears under the project title. While it is there, the project can't be merged with another project or split until you disconnect it from Street.

Sending, and Sending Again

Select the Street.co.uk label, then Send assets, and work through the project's content. Still photos come first, then floor plans with the top-down and isometric property maps when there are any. Under Other data are the property description, the property website link and the virtual tour link, in its listing site friendly (the default), gated, protected or regular version. Every item is optional. Select Send, and Giraffe360 sends them to Street through Street's API.

On the project page, the mark next to the Street.co.uk label turns yellow while the send is processing, red if there is an error (select it for the details) and green once it has gone through.

You can send again at any time, after editing a photo or once the project has been re-processed. Street gets only the files you select, which overwrite the versions it had. Giraffe360 never deletes or changes anything else already in Street.

Disconnecting

Disconnect, in the project's Street.co.uk menu, unlinks the project at once, with no confirmation. What you sent stays in Street, the project keeps its content in Giraffe360, and the workspace stays connected for every other project.

To disconnect the workspace, an Organisation Admin or Manager uses the disconnect control beside Street.co.uk on the Integrations tab and confirms. The access token is removed; projects and everything in Street stay. If you are moving to another agency's Street account, disconnect the projects first, because their links can reappear once the workspace reconnects.
