Zillow Virtual Tour Integration: Giraffe360 Tours in Your Zillow Gallery

Your property is listed in your MLS (Multiple Listing Service), and its Giraffe360 virtual tour is ready. Under a special agreement between Giraffe360 and Zillow, a tour you add to the listing in your MLS feeds through to Zillow. So one link from Giraffe360, pasted into your MLS listing, puts the tour in the listing's gallery view on Zillow.

Getting the Link Ready

Every Giraffe360 tour has several links, each for a different place. The one for an MLS is the Listing site link, the tour without Giraffe360 branding, contact information or links, which meets MLS requirements.

1. Open the project in the Giraffe360 dashboard.
2. On the virtual tour card, open the three-dot menu and select Tour links.
3. Find the Listing site card, the one marked "For listing sites, no branding", and check that it says Published. If it says Unpublished, select Publish from its status menu and wait for Published; this needs edit access to the project.
4. Copy the link.

In Your MLS

The link goes into the listing itself, in your local MLS:

1. Log in to your local MLS and open the listing.
2. Find the place for a virtual tour link. Where it is depends on which MLS you use.
3. Paste the Listing site link there and save the listing.

Within 24 hours, depending on your MLS, the listing on Zillow should update and show the tour in its gallery view.

Once the Tour Is on Zillow

From here, the tour on Zillow opens through that Listing site link, so it stays live as long as the link stays published. If someone later unpublishes the Listing site link in Giraffe360, the link stops opening for visitors, on Zillow as anywhere else. Check the Tour links dialog before changing a link's status on a project that is listed.
