Rightmove Virtual Tour Integration: Add Giraffe360 Tours to Your Listings
Your property is on Rightmove, and its Giraffe360 virtual tour is ready. Bringing the two together takes one link. You copy the tour's Listing site link in Giraffe360, the version without Giraffe360 branding that meets listing site requirements, and add it to the listing's media in Rightmove's Property Admin, where the tour stays for as long as the link is published.
First, the Link from Giraffe360
In the project, open the three-dot menu on the virtual tour card and select Tour links. The link you want is on the Listing site card, marked "For listing sites, no branding". Check that the card says Published before you copy it, because an unpublished link won't open for anyone. If it isn't published yet, someone with edit access to the project can publish it from the card's status menu.
Then, in Rightmove's Property Admin
Rightmove takes the link with the rest of the listing's media:
- Log in to the Rightmove portal and go to Property Admin.
- Choose the property you want the tour on.
- Open the Media tab.
- Under Additional Media, select Add and paste the Listing site link.
While the Property Is on the Market
Rightmove opens the tour through that link, so the tour stays on the listing for as long as the link stays published in Giraffe360. If the Listing site link is unpublished, it stops opening, and the tour on Rightmove goes with it.
Frequently asked questions
No. The Listing site link is the version of the tour without Giraffe360 branding, contact information or links, so it meets listing site requirements. The Regular link, with branding, is meant for your own website and social posts.
