Propstack Integration: Giraffe360 Photos, Floor Plans and Tours in Your CRM

A finished Giraffe360 project holds everything the property's marketing needs: the photos, the floor plans, the virtual tour, and, when the project has them, a 3D floor plan and a property website. Your team works on the property in Propstack, though, and that is where the media has to end up. The Propstack integration sends it there from the project, and you decide what goes.

It Starts with an API Key from Propstack

The first time, an Organisation Admin or Manager connects the workspace with an API key from your agency's Propstack account. It is a one-time step for the workspace:

1. Sign in to Propstack and copy the key from User settings, API Keys.
2. In Giraffe360, open Manage workspace, go to the Integrations tab, and select Connect beside Propstack.
3. Paste the key into the API key field and select Ok, then Got it.
4. Look for Connected next to Propstack.

If Giraffe360 refuses the key, check that it comes from your agency's account and is still active. Demo accounts can't connect.

Then Each Project Finds Its Property

With the workspace connected, a project only needs to know which property in Propstack it belongs to. It sends to that one property, and anyone with edit access to the project can match them:

1. Below the project title, select Add integration, then Choose beside Propstack.
2. Find the property by its address or its Propstack property ID. Giraffe360 suggests a Best Match; make sure it is the same property.
3. Select Connect.
4. Choose now takes you straight to what to send. Later keeps the match and sends nothing yet.

Handing Over the Media

When you are ready, the Propstack menu below the project title opens Send assets. It walks through three pages. Still photos come first, original or AI-enhanced. Floor plans come next, also original or AI-enhanced, together with the top-down and isometric property maps when the project has them. Other data holds the rest:

• the property description
• the virtual tour link, as listing site friendly, gated, protected or regular
• the 3D floor plan
• the property website link
• links to the property's videos you have published to YouTube

Skip any page you don't need, then select Send. The status beside the Propstack label shows Processing until the upload finishes. A greyed-out item may need publishing in Giraffe360 first.

After a Photo or the Tour Changes

Propstack only changes when you send. Edit a photo or a floor plan in Giraffe360, send it again, and Giraffe360 overwrites the copy Propstack has with the new version. Items you leave unselected stay as they are. The tour link follows the same rule. If you change its type, from listing site friendly to protected for instance, the new link reaches Propstack the next time you send it.

Stopping, or Moving to Another Propstack Account

Disconnect in a project's Propstack menu removes that project's link straight away, with no confirmation step. Nothing is deleted on either side. The project keeps its media in Giraffe360, and Propstack keeps everything already sent. Linking the project again starts its sending history over, so look at the property in Propstack before you send to it a second time.

Disconnecting the whole workspace is for an Organisation Admin or Manager, who uses the disconnect control beside Propstack on the Integrations tab and then Disconnect in the confirmation. It removes the API key, and deletes no projects and nothing in Propstack. If the reason is a move to a different Propstack account, disconnect the project links first, because links left in place can come back when the workspace reconnects.
