Apimo Integration: Connect Giraffe360 with Your Agency ID

The Giraffe360 and Apimo logos

Your agency works in Apimo, and the shoot is ready in Giraffe360. Getting the media across starts with a request to Apimo's support team. Once they switch the integration on for your agency, each Giraffe360 project can send its photos, floor plans and the links to its virtual tour, 3D floor plan, property website and YouTube videos to its property in Apimo.

It Begins with a Request to Apimo

Contact Apimo support at support@apimo.com, or open a support ticket from your Apimo account, and ask for the integration with Giraffe360. Apimo activates it and makes your Agency ID available in your account.

Connecting with Your Agency ID

Once Apimo has activated it, an Organisation Admin or Manager connects the workspace:

  1. In Giraffe360, open Manage workspace, go to the Integrations tab, and select Connect beside Apimo.
  2. Sign in to Apimo and find your agency code under Agencies, Settings, Reference.
  3. Paste it into the AgencyID code field, select Ok, then Got it.
  4. Check that Apimo shows as Connected.

If the code is refused, check that it belongs to your agency and is active. Demo accounts can't connect.

Finding Each Project's Property in Apimo

Every project sends to one Apimo property. Anyone with edit access to the project can pick it:

  1. Select Add integration below the project title, then Choose beside Apimo.
  2. Search the property list by address, town, reference or ID, and select the right property. Check a Best Match suggestion before taking it.
  3. Select Connect.
  4. Select Choose now to carry on to sending, or Later to leave it linked for now.

An Apimo label appears below the project title. If the property doesn't show up in the list, "Can't find it? Enter the property ID manually" takes the Apimo property ID.

Sending the Media

From the Apimo menu, Send assets steps through still photos, floor plans and other data, and you can skip any of them:

  • Still photos, original or AI-enhanced.
  • Floor plans, original or AI-enhanced, plus the top-down and isometric property maps where the project has them.
  • The virtual tour link, as listing site friendly, gated, protected or regular.
  • The property website link, when there is one, and the 3D floor plan link.
  • YouTube links, for videos that have been published to YouTube.

After Send, a yellow mark next to the Apimo label means the upload is processing. When it finishes, the assets are in Apimo. A red mark means an error. Select it to see the details, check the workspace connection, and send those items again.

Resending, and What Apimo Does with It

When you send to Apimo again, every item you select goes again, changed or not. For each one, the earlier copy in Apimo is removed before the new one uploads, so if an upload fails, that item can be missing from Apimo until you send it again successfully. Check the property in Apimo after a resend, and keep the selection to what you need to replace.

Unlinking a Project or the Workspace

Disconnect, in the project's Apimo menu, unlinks it immediately, without a confirmation. What you sent stays in Apimo and the project keeps its content in Giraffe360. Linking it again restarts the project's sending history, so look at the property in Apimo before the next send.

Disconnecting the whole workspace, from the Integrations tab, is for an Organisation Admin or Manager. It removes the stored Agency ID and deletes nothing. Unlink the projects first if you are moving to another agency's Apimo account, as their links can return after reconnecting.
